ScottCakes has been a Provincetown ritual since 2009 — one cupcake, one pink frosting, thousands of people who come back for it every time they visit the Cape. Founded by Scott Cunningham, who started selling from a corner on Commercial Street and fought the town's licensing board for the right to keep doing it, ScottCakes is now one of the most recognizable stops on Commercial Street. No visit to Provincetown is complete without one.
